The Association for the Propagation of the Faith (APF) assists each of the Catholic Church's mission diocese to provide pastoral care and preach the Gospel effectively. It is the Pope's charity for World Mission.
The APF works in England and Wales with the Mill Hill Missionary Society. Funds for the Missions are collected through the famous red collection boxes in parishioners' homes. Currently there are Red Boxes in over 200,000 homes in the UK.
